# Verify on namecheap.com

Instruction on how to add TXT record if you buy your domain on namecheap.com

### How to Edit TXT Records on Namecheap.com

1. Log in to your account on Namecheap.com
2. Select the domain from the list and click "Manage"

3. On the "Advanced DNS" page, select "ADD NEW RECORD" from the list, select "TXT Record ".&#x20;

4. &#x20;In the list of available settings a new setting "Text Record" will appear where you need to enter data

5. &#x20;Enter "\_ENS" at Host, and copy the TXT key assigned on Protocol.ART and paste it in the Value field.&#x20;
6. Wait 10-15 minutes, go back to [Protocol.art](https://protocol.art/) and mint your ENS. \
   Confirm that you have done everything correctly after pressing the "Register" button connect to MetaMask. \
   \
   🎉 You minted your ENS from DNS.
